There are countless different muffin variations & recipes, in today’s post I show you how to bake quick & easy fluffy Chocolate Chip Muffins. Give it a try & have fun baking!

Ingredients for 20 – 25 Chocolate Chip Muffins:

  • 500 grams flour
  • 250 grams soft butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 175 grams bake stable chocolate chips

Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:

  • Kitchen machine or mixer
  • Muffin pan
  • Paper liner
  • Piping bag
  • Wire rack

Instructions:




…preparations:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Timely get butter out of the fridge to assume room temperature (possibly microwave the butter for a couple of seconds to soften). Line a muffin pan with paper liners.

…for the batter:

In a mixing bowl combine 250 grams soft butter along with 250 grams sugar & 1 sachet vanilla sugar.Then mix together with a mixer or kitchen machine for about 3 – 4 minutes until white & creamy.

Next, add 5 eggs & continue mixing for another 3- 4 minutes until fluffy. Then add 1 sachet baking powder & 3 – 4 tablespoons flour, also a generous sip cream & mix until well combined.




Afterwards add more flour & cream in turns & mix in until in total 500 grams flour & 200 milliliters cream are well incorporated & the batter is beautifully fluffy.

Finally add 150 grams bake stable chocolate chips & briefly fold in.

…for the muffins:

Transfer the batter to a piping bag with large round nozzle & pipe the batter into the prepared muffin pan.

Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 15 – 18 minutes until golden brown & beautifully risen.




Get the done muffins out of the oven, allow to cool on a wire rack & then serve.
