Instructions for the Homemade Chocolate Bons:

…for the milk cream:

Melt 200 grams of white chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave. Next, heat up 50 milliliters of milk in a microwave or in a small saucepan, then add 50 grams of skimmed milk powder and stir until smooth with a whisk.

Preparing Milk Cream

Preparing Milk Cream

Pour the hot milk to the melted chocolate and stir together with a spoon until you got a thick & viscous cream. Finally, fold in 50 grams of roasted & chopped hazelnuts & then put the cream in the fridge for about 2 hours to cool.

…for the Chocolate Bons:

Get the chilled milk cream from the fridge, use a teaspoon to spoon out a bit cream & squeeze together with your hands, then form small balls or eggs between your palms.

Next, stick a toothpick into each egg and put it aside, repeat for the rest of the milk-cream. Then melt 150 grams of milk chocolate over a bain-marie or in the microwave.

Afterwards pull the Choco Bons through the melted chocolate one at a time, allow drain a bit and then stick them into the surface of a shoebox to harden. Remove the toothpicks after hardening and serve the chocolate pralines.

I wish you lots of fun baking 😉

  1. Tolles Rezept! 🙂
Diese schmecken uns besser als die Orginalen. Waren schnell wieder leer 😀
Zwei Fragen habe ich aber noch:
    -Wie lange sind sie haltbar?
-Wie bewahrt man sie am besten auf?
    Viele Grüße
