Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- Large pan or pot for farmer’s pot

…for farmer’s pot:
Heat up a large pan or pot adding a dash oil, add onions & garlic to the pan & sweat over medium heat for about 2 – 3 minutes until glassy, stirring occasionally. Next add 500 grams ground meat to the pan & brown for another 3 – 4 minutes until crumbly, while stirring from time to time.
If that’s done season the meat with a teaspoon each of oregano, thyme, sweet paprika powder & spicy paprika powder, also add the potatoes to the pan & then stir together everything until well mixed. Next, pour in 600 milliliters vegetable stock as well as a can chopped tomatoes, bring to a boil & allow to simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After 15 minutes it’s time to add zucchinis & bell peppers to the pan & allow to gently simmer for another 5 minutes until the potatoes are done. Finally season the farmer’s pot with salt & pepper to taste & remove from heat. Spread farmer’s pot on deep plates & serve garnished with finely chopped parsley. Have fun cooking!
