In today’s post, I’ll show you a simple, quick & super delicious recipe for a fruity Chicken Mango Curry.
The curry dish consists of chicken pieces in a spicy & fruity sauce made from various spices, mangos & coconut milk. Have fun cooking!
Cooked/Baked today: Simple Pan-Fried Gnocchi with Leeks

Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kilogram gnocchi (from the cooling shelf)
- 200 milliliters cream
- 100 milliliters white wine
- 2 thin leeks
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt & pepper
- Oil & butter for frying
- Parsley for garnishing
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- Large frying pan
- Deep plate for gnocchi
Wash leeks, halve lengthways & cut into thin strips. Peel garlic & finely chop. Finely chop parsley & set aside for garnishing. Heat up a large pan adding a dash oil as well as a flake of butter and fry gnocchi over medium heat for about 5 – 6 minutes until golden brown & crispy, while stirring or tossing occasionally.
Lift the fried gnocchi out of the pan and set aside. Next, put some more oil into the pan and sweat leeks & garlic until glassy for 2 – 3 minutes over medium heat & occasionally turning. Next deglaze everything with 100 milliliters of white wine, allow to boil down almost completely & then give gnocchi back to the pan & also pour in 200 milliliters cream.
Stir together well & allow to simmer until a creamy consistency is reached. Season the pan-fried gnocchi with salt & pepper, spread on plates and serve garnished with finely chopped parsley. Have fun cooking!
