Line a baking tray with baking paper. Shape the dough with your hands into a round or oval loaf of bread, place on the baking tray, sprinkle with some flour and allow to rest covered with a kitchen towel for about 45 minutes in a warm place until the dough volume has increased significantly.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat) in good time. Cut the bread 3 – 4 times at an angle after the resting period and then bake for about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. If the bread gets too dark, simply put a sheet of baking paper over the bread and bake to the end.

Get the done bread out of the oven, allow to cool on a cooling rack and then serve immediately. Have fun baking!
