Pluck the basil leaves from the stems. Peel the garlic and roughly chop into small pieces. Then process everything briefly with a blender to a creamy pesto sauce. Season with salt &#038; pepper to taste &#038; set aside until ready to serve.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven in good time to 240\u00b0C &#8211; 250\u00b0C with the grill function switched on. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut tomatoes &#038; mozzarella into thin slices.
