Then deglaze everything with 100 milliliters of white wine &#038; allow the wine to boil down almost completely while stirring. Stir the shrimps, tomatoes &#038; peas into the rice &#038; allow everything to cook in the hot pan for a few minutes with the lid closed over low heat.<\/p>\n<p>Then remove the rice pan from the heat, spread on deep plates &#038; serve garnished with chopped parsley, if desired.
