After the resting time, brush the rolls with whisked egg yolk, also sprinkle with sesame seeds and black cumin &#038; then place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the rolls have taken on a nice golden brown colour.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, melt a heaping teaspoon of butter in a small saucepan. As soon as the butter has completely melted, add a heaping teaspoon of flour, mix butter &#038; flour with a whisk &#038; let it foam up briefly.
