Cut the baking paper into small squares (the size of the tartlet tins) and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (top\/bottom heat) in good time.<\/p>\n<p>Next, put all the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry in a mixing bowl &#038; knead with your hands for 2 &#8211; 3 minutes to form a smooth dough. Take the finished tartelettes out of the oven, remove the baking paper and legumes &#038; allow the tartelettes to cool down completely.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tip: If you don&#8217;t have a tartlet tin, you can also use a muffin tin for that. Wash the strawberries, remove the green with a small knife &#038; put 300 grams in a blender jar, put the remaining strawberries aside for the garnish.<\/p>\n<p>Add 1 tablespoon of icing sugar and a dash of lemon juice to the strawberries in the blender jar &#038; puree everything with a hand blender to a creamy strawberry sauce.
