Then form about 24 small meatballs of the same size &#038; set aside. Next, add the onions &#038; garlic to the pan &#038; sweat for 2 &#8211; 3 minutes, turning occasionally.<\/p>\n<p>Next stir 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1 heaped teaspoon each of curry powder and sweet paprika into the onions, sweat briefly and then deglaze with 150 milliliters of orange juice.
