Last week I introduced you to <a href=\"https:\/\/ichkocheheute.de\/en\/2023\/10\/26\/butter-kringel-mit-marmelade-backen-baking-ring-shaped-butter-cookies-with-jam-filling\/\">these wonderful ring shaped butter cookies with jam.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In today&#8217;s post I&#8217;ll show you <a href=\"https:\/\/ichkocheheute.de\/en\/2016\/12\/14\/baumkuchen-plaetzchen-treecake-cookies\/\">a cookie recipe<\/a> that doesn&#8217;t require the oven. This time the cookies are not baked in the oven, but in a waffle iron. Today I&#8217;m going to show you a recipe for super delicious &#038; crispy waffle cookies decorated with dark chocolate and colorful sugar sprinkles. So so delicious, you definitely have to try it. 1 egg in a mixing bowl and beat with a mixer for 1 &#8211; 2 minutes until creamy. As soon as the waffle iron has heated up, give the dough into the hot waffle iron in portions (4 &#8211; 5 small dough portions) with a bit distance from each other and bake for 1 &#8211; 2 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Then serve the waffle cookies or store them in a cookie container.
