Baking Oreo Pokeball Cookies<\/p><\/div>\n

Ingredients for 20 Oreo Pokeball Cookies<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • 20 Oreo Cookies<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 125 grams of white chocolate<\/span><\/li>\n
  • About 100 grams of powdered sugar<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1 sachet of red food coloring<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Kitchen Helper\/Gadgets:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • 2 small dip bowls<\/li>\n
    • 20 toothpicks<\/li>\n
    • 20er Cake Pop form<\/li>\n
    • Baking tray + greaseproof paper<\/li>\n
    • Pot + matching bowl for the double boiler<\/li>\n
    • Whisk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Melt white chocolate over a double boiler. Use a teaspoon to give small dabs of chocolate (about \u00bd peanut large dabs) carefully into the cakepop form. Shake the form a bit so the chocolate can set properly & then store until further use in the freezer.<\/p>\n

      …for the white Pokeball half:<\/em><\/p>\n

      Fill the remaining chocolate into a small bowl and successively dip the Oreo cookies until 1\/3 into the chocolate, allow to drain and then place on a lined baking tray. Store the baking sheet for about 10 minutes in the fridge until the chocolate has set. Get the cookies out of the refrigerator and lard them with a toothpick centrally at the white chocolate side so that the cookies are firmly fixed on the toothpick.<\/p>\n

      …for the red Pokeball half:<\/em><\/p>\n

      Stir together 2 tablespoons water with red food coloring until the powder is completely dissolved. Then gradually add about 100 grams of powdered sugar and stir with a whisk until smooth & a viscous icing.<\/p>\n

      Fill the red frosting into a small bowl and dip the cookies with the other side up to 1\/3 in the red frosting holding the cookies with the toothpick, allow to drain a bit and then place back onto the baking sheet.<\/p>\n

      Get the cake pop form out of the freezer, place a tiny dab frosting centered on each cookie and then stick the frozen chocolate slices centrally onto the Pokeball cookies. Have fun baking!<\/p>\n
