Ingredients for 2 Tortilla Sandwiches:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • 4 slices white bread\/toast<\/li>\n
  • 1 avocado<\/li>\n
  • 1 tomato<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd red onion<\/li>\n
  • 10 slices bacon<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd lime<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd clove of garlic<\/li>\n
  • 2 hands tortilla chips<\/li>\n
  • 4 slices of processed cheese<\/li>\n
  • Salt & pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Kitchen Helper\/Gadgets:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Bowl or deep plate for guacamole<\/li>\n
    • Fork<\/li>\n
    • Plate + kitchen paper<\/li>\n
    • Microwave<\/li>\n
    • Garlic press<\/li>\n
    • Panini grill or grill pan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      …preparations for the guacamole:<\/em><\/p>\n

      Halve avocado with a knife, remove the seeds and then scrape out the fruit flesh with a spoon. Give the fruit flesh together with \u00bd clove of pressed garlic, the juice of \u00bd lime and a good pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Mash all ingredients with a fork and mix it up until a spreadable mass.<\/p>\n

      Wash tomato, then cut into slices. Peel red onion and cut into thin rings. Line a plate with paper towels and put 5 slices bacon next to each other on the lined plate, then microwave the bacon until brown and crispy at 600 watts for 3 minutes.<\/p>\n

      …for the tortilla sandwich:<\/em><\/p>\n

      Grease 2 slices white bread or toast with 1 – 1\u00bd tablespoon of guacamole. Place 5 slices of crispy bacon onto one bread half, then top with a few slices of tomatoes. Cover the tomatoes with 1 hand of tortilla chips, a few onions rings & 2 slices of processed cheese, then lid the sandwich with the second bread half.<\/p>\n

      Grill the sandwich for a few minutes in a panini grill or a grill pan (just put the sandwich in the grill pan loaded with a small pot or a pan, after a few minutes gently turn the sandwich once) until the cheese is melted and the sandwich becomes the typical grill patterns.
