Ingredients for 4 servings:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • 400 grams of Spaghetti<\/li>\n
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes<\/li>\n
  • 1 onion<\/li>\n
  • 1 clove of garlic<\/li>\n
  • \u00bc teaspoon cayenne pepper<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd teaspoon of marjoram, rosemary, oregano, thyme, basil & paprika powder<\/li>\n
  • Sugar<\/li>\n
  • Olive oil<\/li>\n
  • Salt & pepper<\/li>\n
  • Parmesan & basil leaves to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Kitchen Helper\/Gadgets:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • A small pot for cooking the pasta sauce<\/li>\n
    • A pot for cooking the noodles<\/li>\n
    • Grater for Parmesan Cheese<\/li>\n
    • Colander to drain the pasta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Peel onion & garlic and chop finely.<\/p>\n

      …for the tomato sauce:<\/em><\/p>\n

      Heat up a small pot adding a dash of olive oil and fry onions and garlic for about 2 minutes until glassy over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, \u00bc teaspoon cayenne pepper and \u00bd teaspoon marjoram, basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano & paprika powder, give it a good stir and simmer for 5 – 10 minutes over low heat. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.<\/p>\n

      …for the spaghetti:<\/em><\/p>\n

      Meanwhile: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente for about 7 minutes. Drain pasta over a colander, drain briefly and then give them to the sauce. Toss everything a couple of times, so that the pasta can absorb the sauce, then arrange the spaghetti on plates.<\/p>\n

      Serve garnished with a little freshly grated Parmesan Cheese & some basil leaves. Bon Appetite!<\/p>\n
