For this <a href=\"https:\/\/ichkocheheute.de\/en\/2020\/09\/21\/zwetschgenkuchen-mit-hefeteig-streuseln-plum-cake-with-yeast-dough-crumbles\/\">we prepare a yeast dough<\/a>, it is then cut into strips, formed into knots and baked in the oven until golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>The preparation is super easy, as soon as the dough is ready, we knot the rolls, let them rise and then we bake them. Including the resting time, the rolls are on the table after about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Then cut the dough into 10 &#8211; 12 equal strips with a knife or pizza cutter. Form the strips one after the other into small knots, either \u201chiding\u201d the ends under the bun or letting one of the ends \u201cpeep out\u201d at the top.<\/p>\n<p>Place all the shaped rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving a little space between them. Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rest in a warm place for at least 45 minutes until the dough volume has increased significantly. Preheat the oven in good time to 180\u00b0C (fan oven) or 200\u00b0C (top\/bottom heat).
