Put the herbs together with 2 &#8211; 3 peeled garlic cloves, \u00bd teaspoon of cumin, chili flakes to taste, a good dash of apple cider vinegar and 75 milliliters of olive oil in a mixing bowl and puree into a creamy sauce, season with salt and pepper and set aside until ready to serve .<\/p>\n<p>Arrange the Spanish wrinkled potatoes on plates together with the two dips and serve.
