Knead together all ingredients with your hands until well combined &#038; you got a smooth shortcrust, then halve the dough once with a knife.<\/p>\n<p>Set one half aside &#038; give the other half along with 25 grams cocoa powder back to the mixing bowl &#038; knead together until cocoa powder is well incorporated. Afterwards wrap light &#038; dark shortcrust into cling film &#038; allow to rest for at least 2 hours in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230;for the star shaped Black &#038; White Cookies:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Timely preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (top\/bottom heat). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
