deseed with a spoon, then cut into fine cubes. Also cut the pepper, red onion and celeriac into fine cubes. Once the mixture starts simmering stop stirring &#038; add the finely chopped vegetables, afterwards allow to simmer over low to medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- Linkblock Responsive --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n     style=\"display:block\"\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7371470338311030\"\n     data-ad-slot=\"3247914575\"\n     data-ad-format=\"link\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nAfter about 20 minutes pull the pot from heat &#038; puree the mixture with a blender for a few seconds just to slightly thicken the remaining liquid (the relish should be still lumpy), then set aside to cool down.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230;for the coleslaw:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cut the cabbage into fine strips. Peel carrots &#038; coarsely shred them using a grater.
