By alternately filling the light &#038; dark batter into the springform pan, a zebra pattern is created after baking. Timely preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (top\/bottom heat).<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230;for the shortcrust:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Next, put all the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry in a mixing bowl and knead with your hands for 3 &#8211; 4 minutes to a smooth dough. Next, add 1 kilogram of curd and mix until everything is well combined.<\/p>\n<p>Then transfer half of the curd mixture into a separate bowl, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the quark mixture and stir in until the mixture has a uniform chocolaty color.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230;for the zebra cheesecake:<\/em><br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- Linkblock Responsive --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n     style=\"display:block\"\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7371470338311030\"\n     data-ad-slot=\"3247914575\"\n     data-ad-format=\"link\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nFor the zebra pattern fill the white &#038; chocolate curd mixture alternately in the center of the prepared springform pan. Then bake the cake for 60 minutes in a preheated oven.<\/p>\n<p>Get the done cake out of the oven, allow to cool and serve.
