Add 1 &#8211; 2 clove(s) crushed garlic as well as 2 &#8211; 3 tablespoons ketchup &#038; 1 teaspoon sambal oelek. Stack the finished tortilla wraps on a plate and leave to cool with a damp kitchen towel. The damp kitchen towel keeps the wraps soft and makes them easier to fold up later.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230;for salad wraps:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cut Iceberg lettuce into thin strips. Dice tomatoes &#038; cucumber.
