Pour in the melted chocolate filling &#038; allow to harden for about 1 hour at room temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Finally remove the cake ring and the baking paper &#038; carefully press the second cookies onto the chocolate. Allow the done sandwich cookie to harden completely and serve.
