Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Next, provide 3 deep plates for the &#8220;breading line&#8221;, one plate with flour, another with 1 large egg (whisked up) and the last with breadcrumbs. Lay the ready-breaded schnitzels side by side on the prepared baking tray and drizzle with a good dash of oil. Then heat up a large pan with a good dash of oil and sweat the onions until golden for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
