Line a muffin tin with paper cases. Finely grate \u00bd organic lemon.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230;for the batter:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mix together 125 grams of soft butter, 125 grams sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt &#038; the lemon peel with a mixer or a kitchen machine for about 2 minutes. Then add a total of 2 eggs in succession and mix in each egg separately for about 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p>Mix a level teaspoon of baking powder with 250 grams of flour. Then bake the muffins for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven until golden brown. Get the muffins out of the oven &#038; allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230;for the frosting:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Give the cream together with 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 1 sachet of cream stabilizer and a small tube of green food coloring into a high container and beat until stiff for about 2 minutes, then  briefly set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Give 150 grams of cream cheese &#038; 50 grams of powdered sugar into a mixing bowl and mix until creamy for about 1 minute.
