For this recipe I used pork loin, but it is also possible <a href=\"https:\/\/ichkocheheute.de\/en\/2021\/08\/26\/schnelle-one-pot-reispfanne-mit-haehnchen-gemuese-simple-one-pot-rice-stir-fry-with-chicken-veggies\/\">to use chicken breast fillet,<\/a> for example.<\/p>\n<p>The vegetables (here mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, onions &#038; garlic) are mixed with spices, put in a baking dish and then cooked in the oven. <a href=\"https:\/\/ichkocheheute.de\/en\/2019\/07\/12\/panierte-schnitzel-aus-dem-backofen-oven-baked-pork-schnitzel\/\">The pork chops or the meat<\/a> are added later &#038; are baked at the end. Clean the mushrooms &#038; halve or quarter depending on their size. Wash, core and cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces. Also cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Stir together 200 milliliters of cream &#038; 2 heaping tablespoons of ajvar in a tall container, also set aside for a moment. Finally, sprinkle all of them with grated Parmesan &#038; put in the oven for another 20 &#8211; 25 minutes (depending on the thickness of the meat slices) &#038; bake until the meat is done.
