Add the beaten egg whites to the batter and gently fold in with a spatula.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230;for the treecake:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Give 2 tablespoons of batter into the prepared springform pan and spread evenly on the baking paper using a dough scraper (alternatively with a cake server\/lifter). Give the springform pan in the preheated oven and bake light brown on the middle rack about 2 minutes. Take the springform pan out of the oven, give another 2 tablespoons of batter into the springform pan and spread evenly on the baked layer. Bake the second layer on the middle rack about 2 minutes until light brown. Remove the springform pan and topple the cake on a grid to remove the baking paper, then allow the cake to cool almost completely.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230;for the marzipan layer:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Knead together 125 grams of marzipan raw material &#038; 50 grams of powdered sugar in a mixing bowl.
