In addition to <a href=\"https:\/\/ichkocheheute.de\/en\/2022\/11\/25\/engelsaugen-mit-nougatfuellung-nougat-filled-thumbprint-cookies\/\">these wonderful angel eyes with nougat filling,<\/a> there are also heavenly coconut corners with jam and shortcrust pastry on our cookie plate this year.<\/p>\n<p>The coconut wedges are <a href=\"https:\/\/ichkocheheute.de\/en\/2016\/11\/21\/nussecken-backen-baking-nut-wedges\/\">a great alternative to the classic nut wedges<\/a> that are everywhere around Christmas time. If the dough is too sticky, just add a little more flour.
