Ingredients for about 15 – 20 cookies<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • 200 grams of flour<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 150 grams of sugar<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 100 grams of butter<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1 egg<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \u00bd sachet of baking powder<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 75 grams of bake stable chocolate chips<\/span><\/li>\n
  • About 150 grams of M&Ms<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Baking sheet + baking paper<\/li>\n

    • Piping bag with large round spout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Get butter timely out of the fridge or briefly warm up butter in the microwave, but do not melt. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top\/bottom heat). Add soft butter, sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar & 1 egg in a mixing bowl and stir together for about 2 – 3 minutes until white & creamy.<\/p>\n

      Get a sieve and sift 200 grams of flour and \u00bd sachet of baking powder to the cookie batter. Stir together using a mixer or spatula for about 1 minute until the flour is completely incorporated and everything is well combined. Finally add 75 grams of bake stable chocolate chips and fold in using a spatula.<\/p>\n

      Transfer the batter into a piping bag with a large round spout and squirt small batter heaps onto the prepared baking tray (alternatively, you can also place the batter heaps with a tablespoon or ice portioner).<\/p>\n

      Leave plenty space between the batter heaps, because the cookies will break up during baking. Finally decorate each batter heap with about 10 M&Ms and then bake in a preheated oven at 180\u00b0C for about 12 – 15 minutes until golden brown. Get the cookies out of the oven and allow them to cool completely on the baking tray, then serve. Have fun baking!<\/p>\n
