Instructions:
…preparations:
Peel onion & garlic and chop finely.
…for the tomato sauce:
Heat up a small pot adding a dash of olive oil and fry onions and garlic for about 2 minutes until glassy over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper and ½ teaspoon marjoram, basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano & paprika powder, give it a good stir and simmer for 5 – 10 minutes over low heat. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
…for the spaghetti:
Meanwhile: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente for about 7 minutes. Drain pasta over a colander, drain briefly and then give them to the sauce. Toss everything a couple of times, so that the pasta can absorb the sauce, then arrange the spaghetti on plates.
Serve garnished with a little freshly grated Parmesan Cheese & some basil leaves. Bon Appetite!
