Ingredients for 4 Mushroom Baguettes:
- 1 large baguette
- 400 grams of mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ bunch of parsley
- Approximately ½ cup of cream
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- Oil for frying
- Salt & pepper

- Oven with grill function
- Knife
- Largefrying pan
- Kitchen spatula

Preheat the oven to 200°C (grill function). Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Cut mushrooms (not too thin) into slices. Finely chop parsley. Halve the baguette once & cut each half longitudinally.
…for the mushroom stuffing:
Heat up a large pan adding a dash of oil & sauté onions and garlic over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Next add mushrooms and fry turning occasionally for about 3 – 4 minutes until the mushrooms shriveled up a bit.
Season well with salt and pepper, then add about ½ cup of cream and the finely chopped parsley. Stir in the spices and let simmer the cream briefly, then pull the pan from the heat.
…for mushroom baguettes:
Spread the mushroom stuffing evenly over the baguette halves and garnish each baguette with a bit grated cheese, then bake in preheated oven for about 6 – 7 minutes until the cheese is melted. Pick the baguettes from the oven and serve. Bon Appetite!
