The minced meat filling is prepared super quickly & the mushrooms can be baked in the oven in 15 – 20 minutes. Have fun cooking!

Stuffed Mushrooms with Ground Meat & Gratinated Cheese
Ingredients for 12 stuffed mushrooms:
- 12 large mushrooms
- 400 grams ground meat (half beef & half pork)
- 200 milliliters cream
- 100 grams grated cheese (mozzarella or gouda)
- 1 large onion
- 1 – 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
- Salt & pepper
- Oil for frying
- Parsley for garnish
- Toasted bread slices for serving

- Mixing bwol for meat
- Frying pan
- Suitable baking dish
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection) or 220°C (top/bottom heat) in good time. Break the mushroom stalks out of the mushrooms with your fingers or scoop out the mushrooms with a knife, then chop the mushroom stalks. Peel the onion & garlic, then finely chop.

Preparations for Stuffed Mushrooms
Heat a large pan with a dash of oil, add onions, garlic & chopped mushrooms & sauté over medium-high heat for 3 – 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in 200 milliliters of cream, also season with salt & pepper, bring to the boil while stirring & then remove from the heat & pour into a large casserole dish.
For the mince, put 400 grams of minced meat, 1 tablespoon each of mustard and ketchup, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika powder and a good pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl and stir everything together until all the ingredients are evenly mixed. Then fill the mushrooms with the mince and place them side by side in the casserole dish.

Serving Stuffed Mushrooms with Ground Meat
Top all the mushrooms with some grated cheese & then place the casserole dish in the preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes until the minced meat is cooked & the cheese has turned into a nice golden brown colour.
Take the finished mushrooms out of the oven, garnish with chopped parsley & serve with some toasted bread slices. Bon appetit & have fun cooking!
