- 150 milliliters water
- 25 milliliters olive oil
- ½ sachet baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Additional flour for the countertop
…for the pizza topping:

- About 30 small salami slices
- Salt, pepper & oregano to taste
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- Kitchen machine or mixer with dough hook
- Mixing bowl
- Rolling pin
- Pizza pan or baking tray + parchment paper
Instructions:
…for the dough:
In a mixing bowl combine 300 grams flour, 150 milliliters water, 25 milliliters olive oil (or use another oil you got at home), ½ sachet of baking powder & ½ teaspoon salt & knead together with a kitchen machine, mixer with dough hook or your hands for about 4 – 5 minutes until a smooth & elastic dough.

Prepare Pizza Dough
Halve the done dough with a knife to get 2 equal sized pieces & then give each dough piece a ball shape. Next, roll out each dough ball with a rolling pin on a slightly floured working top until a round pizza.
…for the salami pizza:
Timely preheat the oven to 250°C (top/bottom heat). Transfer the rolled dough sheets onto a lined baking tray or pizza pan & spread with about 3 tablespoons of sieved tomatoes or a pizza sauce of your choice.

Top & Bake Pizza
Season the pizza with salt, pepper & oregano to taste, top with grated cheese & some salami slices. Then bake for about 10 – 12 minutes in the preheated oven until the pizza is crispy & the cheese is melted.

Schnelle Salami Pizza
get the done pizza out of the oven, use a pizza cutter to cut into pieces & serve immediately.
I wish you lots of fun cooking 😉
