We use baking soda in this recipe, which means no resting time for the dough & we can start to bake the pizza immediately after kneading. Have fun cooking/baking 😉

…for the dough:
In a mixing bowl combine 300 grams flour, 150 milliliters water, 25 milliliters olive oil (or use another oil you got at home), ½ sachet of baking powder & ½ teaspoon salt & knead together with a kitchen machine, mixer with dough hook or your hands for about 4 – 5 minutes until a smooth & elastic dough.

Season the pizza with salt, pepper & oregano to taste, top with grated cheese & some salami slices. Then bake for about 10 – 12 minutes in the preheated oven until the pizza is crispy & the cheese is melted.
get the done pizza out of the oven, use a pizza cutter to cut into pieces & serve immediately.
I wish you lots of fun cooking 😉
