Ingredients for 12 Blueberry Muffins:
- 250 grams flour
- 150 grams butter
- 100 grams sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 milliliters milk
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- ½ sachet baking powder
- 200 grams fresh blueberries
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- Bowl for flour mixture
- Mixing bowl
- Kitchen machine or mixer
- Muffin pan
- Paper liner
- Wire rack
…preparations for batter:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line a muffin pan with paper liner. Melt 150 grams butter in the microwave or on the stove. Mix flour with ½ sachet baking powder in a small bowl & set aside until further use.
In a mixing bowl combine melted butter along with 3 eggs, 100 grams sugar, 100 milliliters milk & 1 sachet vanilla sugar, then mix together with a mixer or kitchen machine for about 2 – 3 minutes until fluffy. Finally add flour mixture & briefly mix everything until a smooth batter.
…for blueberry muffins:
Fold in 200 grams fresh blueberries & transfer the batter into the prepared muffin pan with the help of 2 tablespoons. Bake the blueberry muffins at 200°C (top/bottom heat) in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden & beautifully risen. Get the done muffins out of the oven & allow to cool on a wire rack. Have fun baking!
