Our Recipe rating:
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 grams spaghetti pasta (or any other pasta shape of your choice)
- 1 liter water
- 200 milliliters cream
- 150 grams of bacon
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 large onion
- 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper
- Oil for frying
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- Large pan or pot with lid
Instructions:
…for One Pot Pasta:
Peel off onion & cut into fine strips. Cut the bacon into cubes or strips. Divide broccoli into florets of approx. the same size, peel off and dice the stalk. Next, heat up a large pan with a good dash of oil, add onions & bacon to the pan & brown for 2 – 3 minutes over medium heat until crispy, stirring occasionally.
Then add 500 grams of spaghetti (best to break through once), also add the broccoli, 1 liter of water, 200 milliliters of cream & 1 teaspoon of salt, stir well once and then bring to a boil.
Allow to simmer gently with the lid closed for about 10 – 12 minutes over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally from time to time, so that all ingredients are well distributed and nothing can burn to the bottom of the pan.
As soon as the spaghetti are cooked & the liquid has almost completely absorbed, season the one pot pasta with freshly ground pepper to taste, also add 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese & stir well one last time, then pull the pan off the heat. Spread the one pot pasta on deep plates and serve immediately. Have fun cooking!

Sehr lecker! Perfekt
