The possibilities for a one pot pasta are almost endless, today I’m going to show you a variant with cooked crabs & spinach leaves. A wonderfully delicious pasta that, as always, is on the table within a few minutes.
I chose tagliatelle for this one pot pasta, but as always, all other types of pasta (e.g. penne or spaghetti) are working as well for this recipe. Have fun cooking!

Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 grams tagliatelle pasta (or any other pasta shape of your choice)
- 1 liter water
- 250 grams frozen spinach
- 200 grams cooked crabs or shrimps
- 200 grams creme fraiche
- 1 large onions
- 1 – 2 cloves garlic
- 1 organic lemon
- Salt & pepper
- Oil for frying
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- Large pan or pot with lid
- Grater for lemon
Instructions:
…for One Pot Pasta:
Peel off onion & garlic & chop finely. Finely grate an organic lemon & set the lemon zest aside. Then heat up a large pan with a dash of oil, add the onions & garlic to the pan & sweat for 2 – 3 minutes over a medium heat while stirring occasionally.
Then put 500 grams of tagliatelle (alternatively another type of pasta), 250 grams of frozen leaf spinach, 1 liter of water & 1 tablespoon of salt in the pan, then stir everything well, bring to a boil & allow to simmer gently with the lid closed over low to medium heat for approx. 10 – 12 minutes.
Stir the One Pot Pasta from time to time so that all ingredients can be evenly distributed & nothing can burn on the bottom of the pan. As soon as the noodles are cooked & have absorbed the liquid almost completely, add 200 grams of creme fraiche, 200 grams of cooked crabs, the lemon zest and a good pinch of pepper.
Finally stir the one pot pasta well one last time & warm up all ingredients briefly, then pull the pan off the stove & distribute the one pot pasta on deep plates & ideally serve immediately. Have fun cooking!
