Sweet and Sour Pork with Rice

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

One of the most famous dishes in Chinese cuisine is pork in a sweet and sour sauce. Many recipes use pineapple for this dish or recipe. Since pineapple doesn’t go down so well in my family, I’ll show you a recipe with orange juice instead.

The sauce for the sweet and sour pork is mixed and then only briefly boiled up. As an alternative to the pork, you can also prepare the whole thing with chicken. Have fun cooking!
