…for the remoulade:

Stir together 100 grams of mayonnaise along with diced gherkins, about 1 tablespoon of gherkin pickle water, chopped capers, diced egg, 1 tablespoon of creme fraiche, ½ teaspoon paprika powder (noble sweet) & a good pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl, then set aside until serving.

…more preparations:

Peel a red onion and cut into thin rings. Cut tomato into thin slices. Wash Romaine lettuce and cut into thin strips.

…for the fish sticks/fingers:

Heat up a large pan adding a good dash of oil and over medium heat gently roast the fish fingers about 3 – 4 minutes each side until golden brown.

…for the Fish Sticks Burger

Halve a roll/bun with a knife and spread both the lower and upper half with 1 – 2 tablespoons of remoulade. Then top with a bit lettuce, a few tomato slices, 3 fish sticks and a few onion rings. Lid the burger with the top half & serve. Bon Appetite!
