Once the potatoes are boiling, reduce the heat to low and then allow the potatoes to cook for about 15 minutes with the lid closed. After 15 minutes of cooking, add 200 grams of frozen peas to the pot and allow them to heat for 1 – 2 minutes.

Allow peas, celeriac and potatoes to drain over a pasta strainer, then give the vegetables back to the pot & add 125 milliliters of milk, 75 grams of butter, ½ teaspoon nutmeg & a good pinch of salt. Mix everything with a potato masher or blender until a creamy mash.

…for the cod fillets:

Prepare a plate with 3 – 4 tablespoons flour & turn the fish fillets from both sides into the flour to coat all around. Next, heat up a pan adding a dash oil & gently roast the fish fillets about 1 – 2 minutes each side until slightly brown. Add a flake butter to the pan after turning the fish fillets once & brown until done from the other side.
