Cheesecake is my absolute favorite cake, that’s why I showed you a super simple cheesecake recipe with blueberries from the tray last year. I have another cheesecake recipe for those who prefer it a little bit faster and like smaller portions.
In today’s post, I’ll show you a cheesecake recipe with crumbles in muffin form. The preparation is super easy & the muffins can be put in the oven after just 10 – 15 minutes of preparation time. Have fun baking!

Instructions:
…for crumbles & quark layer
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Line the muffin pan with paper liners, alternatively grease with butter. Put 150 grams of flour, 75 grams of sugar & 100 grams of cold butter in a mixing bowl & knead with your hands to form a crumbly dough, then set aside for a moment.
For the quark mixture, put 75 grams of sugar, 75 grams of melted butter, 2 large eggs & a little zest of an untreated organic lemon in a second mixing bowl & beat with a mixer for 1 – 2 minutes until frothy. Next, add 500 grams of quark & 25 grams cornstarch & stir in until all ingredients are evenly distributed & you got a smooth quark mixture.
Transfer the quark mixture into the prepared muffin pan by using 2 tablespoons or an ice cream scoop and decorate with the prepared sprinkles/crumbles. Then put the muffins in the preheated oven & bake for about 25 – 30 minutes until golden brown.
Take the done cheesecake crumble muffins out of the oven, allow them to cool down a bit on a cooling rack & then best serve still warm. Have fun baking!
