In today’s post, I’ll show you a quick & easy baguette recipe with pizza topping.
A baguette topped with tomato sauce, small salami slices & finely chopped vegetables gratinated with cheese. Done super quickly & incredibly delicious! I wish you lots of fun cooking 😉

Ingredients for 8 baguettes:
…for the tomato sauce:
- 150 grams sieved tomatoes
- ½ small onion
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon Provençal herbs
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper & sugar to taste
…more ingredients:
- 4 small baguettes to crisp up
- 2 – 3 mini salamis
- ½ zucchini & bell pepper
- 100 grams grated Emmental cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- High container to puree
- Blender
- Knife

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Finely chop zucchini & bell pepper. Cut salamis into thin slices. Centrally halve the baguettes with a knife.
…for the tomato sauce:
Peel onion & coarsely chop. Then in a high container combine onion along with 150 grams sieved tomatoes, 1 small clove garlic, 1 teaspoon Provençal herbs, a good dash olive oil & a pinch of salt, pepper & sugar to taste. Next, use a blender to puree all ingredients for about 1 – 2 minutes until you got a creamy sauce.
…for the pizza baguettes:
Spread each baguette with 1 – 2 tablespoons tomato sauce & top with salami slices, vegetables & finally grated cheese, then bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown & the cheese is melted.
