…for chicken nuggets:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) in good time. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small, bite-sized pieces with a knife, then briefly set aside.
For the batter, put 125 grams of flour, 75 grams of cornstarch, ½ sachet of baking powder & a generous pinch of salt & pepper in a mixing bowl, add 200 milliliters of mineral water & mix everything with a whisk until a lump-free batter. Then add the chicken to the batter & stir everything until well combined.
For the breading, prepare a deep plate with 200 grams of breadcrumbs, lift the pieces of chicken out of the batter one after the other, drain briefly & turn in breadcrumbs until all chicken pieces are covered with breadcrumbs.
Place all the breaded chicken nuggets on the prepared baking sheet with a little space between them, drizzle the nuggets with plenty of oil & then bake in the preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Take the done chicken nuggets out of the oven & along serve with a dip. Have fun cooking!
