Ingredients for 15 No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies:
- 300 grams rolled oats
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 100 grams butter
- 75 grams sugar
- 75 milliliters milk
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- Small saucepan or pot to melt ingredients
- Ice cream scoop
- Baking tray + baking paper
Put the dark chocolate, butter, sugar, milk & vanilla sugar in a small saucepan & heat up over low to medium heat stirring all the time until the ingredients have completely melted, then remove from heat.
Next, add 300 grams of rolled oatmeal and mix well. Then lay out a baking tray with parchment paper, use an ice cream scoop to form the dough into small heaps & put them on the prepared baking sheet with a little distance to each other.
Slightly flatten the oatmeal cookie heaps with your fingers and push them together. Place the baking tray in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to harden, then serve the cookies. Have fun baking!
