Hello! I have 2 questions:
How much percentage fat does Speisequark have?
And could you use frozen berries instead of fresh ones?
Thank you!
Hello! Here in Germany you can find Speisequark with differrent fat content, 10%, 20% & 40%. You can use any of that for this recipe, I used the 10% one here. Of course you can also use frozen berries for this recipe instead!
Hi,
Thank you for an amazing recipe.
I have 2 questions!
This receipt serves how many people?
I have a 22 cm round cake springform, which measurement shall I choose?
Awaiting your response
Thank you in advance
Hello!
This recipe serves about 15 – 20 cake portions, depending on how large the cake pieces will be cut. For a 22cm round springform pan I would use about 1/3 of the recipe ingredients, because this is a sheet cake measurement. Hope this will hep you & thank you for commenting!
