Next, add another dash of oil to the pan, add the onions, garlic and hot peppers to the pan & sauté for 2 – 3 minutes over medium heat while stirring occasionally.

Then add 500 grams of tagliatelle to the pan, also 1 can of chopped tomatoes, 1 liter of water, 200 milliliters of cream & 1 tablespoon of salt as well as Italian herbs, stir everything well and bring to a boil.

Allow to the pasta to simmer gently with the lid closed for about 10 – 12 minutes over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally from time to time, so that all ingredients are well distributed and nothing can burn to the bottom of the pan.

As soon as the tagliatelle are cooked & the liquid has almost completely absorbed, season the one pot pasta with freshly ground pepper to taste, also add the grated Parmesan cheese, 250 grams of halved cherry tomatoes & the prawns.

Then give everything a last good stir, pull the pan off the heat & spread the one pot pasta on deep plates and serve immediately garnished with some basil leaves. Have fun cooking!
