The Christmas season has begun & now baking cookies can finally start again. Today I’ll show you a quick recipe for delicious crumble cookies with chocolate chips.
The cookies are prepared super quickly, the dough does not have to rest in the refrigerator & the biscuits can be put in the oven straight away. Have fun baking!

Ingredients for 12 – 15 Crumble Cookies:
- 325 grams flour
- 150 grams butter
- 100 grams sugar
- 100 grams chocolate chips/chunks
- 1 small egg
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- ½ sachet baking powder
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- Mixing bowl
- Baking sheet + baking paper
- Cookie cutter or dessert ring with a 5cm – 6cm diameter
…for crumble cookies:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut butter into pieces and put along with 325 grams flour, 100 grams sugar, 1 egg, a sachet vanilla sugar & ½ sachet baking powder in a mixing bowl, then knead everything together with your hands for 2 – 3 minutes to a crumbly dough.
Shape the crumbly dough into round cookies with the help of a round cookie cutter/dessert ring, if necessary press carefully, decorate with a few chocolate chips & then bake in the preheated oven until golden brown for 12 – 15 minutes. Have fun baking!
