…for gratinated potatoes with tuna & corn:
Halve the potatoes with the skin on (if the skin is suitable for consumption, otherwise peel the potatoes first), place in a large pot, cover with water, generously salt them & then cook for 12 – 15 minutes until almost done. Then drain the potatoes & let them evaporate briefly.
Meanwhile, peel and finely chop a red onion. Also peel and finely chop the garlic. Put the garlic & onions together with 200 grams of crème fraiche, 125 grams of grated cheese, 1 can of tuna (including the juice) & 150 grams of corn in a mixing bowl & mix well, season with salt & pepper.
Preheat the oven in good time with the grill function switched on. Generously spread the halved potatoes with the tuna cream, place next to each other on a baking sheet lined with baking paper & put in the preheated oven for a few minutes to gratinate until the cheese has melted & the potatoes are golden brown.
Take the finished potatoes out of the oven & serve together with salad & dressing. Have fun cooking!
