Instructions:
…for pasta with leeks & ground meat:
For the sauce mixture, put 1 heaped teaspoon of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon each of garlic and onion powder, 400 milliliters of vegetable stock & 200 milliliters of cream in a blender jar and stir with a whisk or spoon until all the ingredients are evenly distributed, then set aside briefly.
Clean the leek & cut into thin slices. Heat a large pan with a good dash of oil and sauté the minced meat for 4 – 5 minutes over medium to high heat, turning occasionally until crumbly. Add the leek, sauté for another 3 – 4 minutes & season everything with salt & pepper.
Pour the prepared sauce over the minced leek mix, stir everything together well and then simmer gently for a few minutes until the leek has reached the desired consistency.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot with plenty of salted water to the boil & cook the rigatoni (or other pasta shape) for 7 – 8 minutes or according to the instructions on the package until al dente, then drain over a pasta colander & add directly to the sauce. Stir everything well, simmer briefly again & season with salt & pepper to taste.
Spread the finished pasta with leek & mince on plates & serve garnished with chopped parsley. Have fun cooking!
