When things have to be done quickly, there is no time to cook or simply because you feel like it, this one pot pasta with buttered vegetables and cheese sauce is prepared super quickly and tastes fantastic.
No preparations are necessary for this one pot pasta, simply put all the ingredients in a large pan or pot, heat, cover, cook for 10 – 12 minutes & lunch/dinner is ready. Have fun cooking!

Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 grams spiral pasta (or other type of pasta)
- 1 liter water
- 200 milliliters cream
- 2 packs buttered veggies (frozen)
- 200 grams grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & pepper

Instructions:
…for one pot pasta with buttered veggies & cheese sauce:
Put on a large pan (or a large pot), add 500 grams of spirelli noodles, 2 packs of buttered vegetables, 1 liter of water, 200 milliliters of cream, 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder and onion powder to the pan.
Bring the contents of the pan to a boil while stirring occasionally & let simmer gently with the lid closed over low heat for approx. 10 – 12 minutes, stirring from time to time.
As soon as the pasta is cooked, stir in 200 grams of grated cheddar (alternatively, you can also use another cheese here), season everything again with salt & pepper if necessary & then spread the one pot pasta onto deep plates & serve. Have fun cooking!
