In today’s post I’ll show you a recipe with gnocchi, cauliflower, carrots & peas, all combined in a delicious gnocchi bake.
For the gnocchi bake, simply pre-boil the vegetables in a little salted water, put them in a suitable baking dish along with all the other ingredients & bake in the oven gratinated with cheese. The gnocchi veggie bake is simple to cook & tastes delicious. Have fun cooking!

Ingredients for 4 – 6 servings:
- 600 grams gnocchi (from the cooling shelf)
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 – 4 carrots
- 200 grams frozen peas
- 250 milliliters water
- 200 grams creme fraiche
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- About 200 grams grated cheese for gratinating
- Salt & pepper
- Some chopped parsley for garnish
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- Large frying pan or pot with lid
- Suitable baking dish
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) in good time. Cut the cauliflower into fine florets or roughly chop. Peel the carrots & cut into pieces or slices of about 1 centimeter thickness with a knife.
Put the vegetables in a large pan, add 250 milliliters of water and a generous pinch of salt & bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer the vegetables with the lid closed on low to medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add 200 grams of frozen peas, 200 grams of creme fraiche, a good pinch of pepper (salt should be enough) & 2 teaspoons of curry powder, stir everything well, heat up again briefly & then remove from the stove.
Combine 600 grams of gnocchi & the hot vegetables together in a baking dish, sprinkle with 200 grams of grated cheese & then bake for 45 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat) in the preheated oven until golden brown and crispy.
Take the done gnocchi bake out of the oven after about 45 minutes, spread on plates & serve garnished with a little chopped parsley if necessary. Have fun cooking!

War echt gut. Ich hatte allerdings nur 500g Gnocchi und selbst dafür war es ein klein bisschen wenig Flüssigkeit. Vielleicht 50ml mehr. Bei uns haben kleine Kinder mit gegessen. Dafür war es auch ein wenig zu würzig. Ich dem Fall würde ich auch nur 1 TL Curry nehmen. Aber sonst echt lecker.
Hat echt gut geschmeckt. Allerdings ist ehr nix für kleine Kinder. Da es zu würzig ist.
Ich hatte auch nur 500g Gnocchi genommen. Selbst für diese Menge war die Flüssigkeit ein bisschen zu wenig. Also 50-100ml mehr kann nicht schlafen.
